Q: How many guests can I bring to my appointment?
We can accommodate up to 3 guests with you at the time of your appointment. Should you want to bring additional guests, we offer a Private Party Experience on Saturdays to accommodate groups with up to 8 guests.
Q: How long are the appointments?
It depends on your appointment type. Mabrook bridal appointments are 60 minutes in duration where you will work closely with a talented and knowledgeable bridal stylist to help you find the perfect gown for your special day. Our Designer experience appointments are two hours for the first appointment and an hour followup appointments to continue the designing session.
Q: What is the starting price point at Mabrook?
Our bridal gowns start at about $4,000 and go up from there. Our evening wear gowns start at about $800
Q: Do you offer Veils?
Yes! We offer Complimentary designer Veil with every dress purchase.
Q: When should I start looking for a dress?
We recommend to start shopping for a gown at least 12 months before your wedding date. Our gowns can take anywhere from 4-7 months to arrive after you purchase and all gowns will need a form of alterations.
Q: Do you offer alterations?
Yes! We offer in house alterations on our special order gowns. For gowns purchased off the rack, we have tailors close in the area that we can recommend you to.
Q: How long do alterations take and how many fittings are there?
Typically over an 6-8 week period, we will see a bride about four times for alterations.
